Clients may request copies of their health records by submitting a written request to our office. Requests may be made by email, mail, or in person. Records will be provided in accordance with applicable state law, HIPAA, and privacy regulations. Reasonable fees may apply.

Timeframes & Access: Records are provided in accordance with California law, allowing inspection within 5 business days and copies within 15 days of a written request.
